1. Program Period:

The referral program will be active from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Referral Bonus:

The referee must deposit at least $50 within 60 days of account opening and complete a total of 0.5 lots in closed trades to be considered a successful referral. The referrer must be an activated customer of CF Global, and the referee must open an account using the referrer’s unique referral link to be eligible for the referral bonus.

3. Reward Details:

Referral Bonus: Upon a successful referral, both the referrer and the referee will receive a $10 bonus.

Rebate Bonus: Within 180 days after the referees activates their account, if they trade more than 1 lot, both the referrer and the referee will receive a rebate reward of $2 per lot.

4. Maximum Bonus Limits:

Referral Bonus: Unlimited—there is no cap on the amount you can earn from successful referrals.

Rebate Bonus: The referrer can earn up to $500 in trading rebate bonuses for each invited friend. However, there is no limit on the trading rebate bonus that a referee can receive.

5. Excluded Products:

• Cryptocurrencies: SANDUSDT, XLMUSDT, AVAXUSDT, ALGOUSDT

• U.S. Stocks: NKLA, NIO

• Hong Kong Stocks: All (as specified in the Notes & Additional Conditions)

6. Example Calculation:

Ms. A refers her friend, Mr. B, who successfully opens an account. Mr. B deposits $100 and trades 60 lots within 180 days. As a result, both Ms. A and Mr. B qualify for a $10 referral bonus each. Additionally, they both earn a $120 trading rebate bonus based on Mr. B’s transactions.

In total, each of them will receive: $10 + ($2 × 60) = $130.

Notes & Additional Conditions

1. 1.   The referee must deposit at least $50 within 60 days of account opening and complete a cumulative trading volume of 0.5 lots to be considered a successful referral and receive the bonus.
2. 2.  The bonus will be credited to the referrer’s activated real trading account within three business days after meeting the trading requirements. The bonus can be used for trading or withdrawal without any restrictions.
3. 3.  Calculation of trading volume: A full lot is considered completed when a client opens 1 lot and subsequently closes the same lot.
4. 4.  The following Hong Kong stock products are excluded from this referral program: HSBC Holdings, HKEX, TENCENT, AIA, XIAOMI, PING AN, HANG SENG BANK, CHINA MER PORT, CHINA EB LTD, CITIC, BYD ELECTRONIC, CHINA RAILWAY, CHINA TELECOM, LENOVO GROUP, KAISA GROUP, CHOW TAI FOOK, BOC HONG KONG, ZTE, EVERGRANDE, CM BANK, CHINA MOBILE, CHINA UNICOM, China Construction Bank, ICBC, Meituan, LI AUTO INC, ZIJIN MINING GROUP, BILIBILI INC, POP MART INTL GROUP, BLOKS GROUP LTD, MINISO GROUP HLD LTD.
5. 5.  If any abnormal trading activity or violations are detected during the program period, CF Global reserves the right to terminate the client’s trading activities and cancel bonus eligibility, while also retaining the right to take further actions. CF Global is not responsible for any delays in data transmission, loss of information, data errors, or unrecognized data due to computer, network communication, or technical issues, malfunctions, or unforeseen circumstances. All of the above-mentioned circumstances are subject to official system records.
6. 6.  Employees of CF Global and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this program.
7. 7.  CF Global reserves the final interpretation rights of these terms and conditions, as well as the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
